Just got a new bumper and it looks perfect but while he was at it he fixed the front bumper which was hanging off due to my carelessness and tacked it back on so I didn't have spend a fortune fixing it. I think you can judge a dealership by the times when things go wrong, so with that in mind, here’s my story. Went to Milani on a Friday afternoon and paid cash for a 2015 Nissan Pathfinder. Price was good, I was done in under an hour. I was almost home when the power steering completely failed. I messaged Milani and the Pathfinder was taken away that evening on a flatbed to get it fixed. I had it back on Monday afternoon, and I might have had it back sooner if not for the weekend. I’ve driven the hell out of the Pathfinder all over the lower mainland since then and had no issues. (It’s like driving a big floaty whale with a banging sound system. 10/10, would buy another one.) Basically this could have been a pretty crap situation but I give Milani a lot of props for handling it to the absolute best of their ability. Once something went wrong they cared about making it right as soon as possible. I would consider buying a car from them again on that alone.
