I had a solid experience with Dave and Jeff. I test drove a vehicle and then thought about it for a couple weeks before buying, with zero pressure. After the purchase I tried to install a hitch and found a minor dent in the frame with made it impossible to mount. The guys at Milani set me up with their body shop and took care of it immediately and also got me a discount on my hitch install. Much appreciated!
